Hi, I’m Jade, leader of the pack and an animal lover through and through. I am the human version of a Golden Retriever; super active, always outdoors, and ridiculously friendly. My partner in crime is Archie, an American Staffordshire Terrier, a cheeky boy who’s convinced he’s the boss (spoiler alert; he’s not).
Adventure is what we do best, and Archie is always up for the ride. Whether it’s fetch, tug-of-war, or seeing who can zoom around the park the fastest (Archie usually wins), we’re always on the move and ready for fun.
With years of experience wrangling everything from energetic puppies to aloof cats and even the occasional curious guinea pig, I have built a reputation for kindness, patience, and making sure every furry friend feels right at home.

Meet & Greet
A Meet & Greet is a quick, casual visit where we come to say hello to you and your furbabies before
any booking begins. It gives your pet a chance to sniff us out, get familiar with our scent, voice, and presence,
so when we arrive for a walk, visit, or pet sit later on, we’re not total strangers.
It’s also the perfect time for us to chat about your booking requirements. We’ll go over everything from
feeding instructions, leash locations, litter tray routines, to how we’ll gain access to your home while you're away.
This helps ease any nerves, builds trust, and makes the whole experience smoother and more comfortable
for your furry friends; and gives you peace of mind knowing your pet is in safe, familiar hands!

We know that some pets take a little extra time to warm up, and that’s perfectly okay. We have plenty of experience
handling nervous and anxious animals. We approach every interaction with patience, care, and understanding.
Whether your furry friend is a bit shy, wary of new faces, or just needs a gentler touch, we’re here to help them
feel safe and comfortable. We take time to build their trust and take things at their pace,
and before you know it, we’ll be the best of friends!
However, for the safety of everyone (including your pet!), we are unable to care for animals
who show aggressive behaviour towards humans or have a history of biting.
We will always update you throughout the booking duration so you know your fur babies are in good hands
and loving life (and probably plotting how to extend their vacation indefinitely after all the belly rubs they’ll get!).

Can I book in a certain time of day for my booking?Absolutely! You can request a morning, lunchtime, or evening visit; whatever suits your pet’s routine best. While we do have regular weekly bookings at certain times, we always do our best to accommodate your preferred time. If you have a specific request, just let us know, and we’ll try work around our schedule to make it happen!
What time do you usually arrive and leave for overnight pet sitting?Our standard overnight pet sitting hours are 6:15pm to 6:15am. We have other pets to care for with morning and afternoon bookings, so we work around those schedules. If you need a slightly earlier arrival or later departure, you're welcome to request it; we’ll always do our best to accommodate where we can!
How do I book in pet sitting, house visits or dog walking?It’s easy-peasy! Just follow these steps:

Book in your dates via our booking system and make payment to secure your booking.
Do you take on nervous or reactive pets?Yes, we do! We understand that not every pet is a social butterfly, and that’s okay. Whether your furry friend is shy, nervous, or reactive to certain triggers, we’ll work with you to create a plan that makes them feel safe, comfortable, and understood. However, we will not take on any pets with aggression or a biting history.
Can you accommodate special needs or specific pet care requests?Absolutely! We understand that every furbaby is unique and may need extra care or attention. Whether your pet has medical needs, dietary restrictions, or specific routines, we’re here to help! We can even administer oral medication if required. Just let us know your pet’s needs, and we’ll make sure they get the paw-fect care.
How do you handle emergencies or medical issues with pets?If a medical issue arises, we’ll immediately contact you and follow your instructions. If urgent care is needed, we’ll take your pet to your preferred vet or nearest vet. We ask that you to provide emergency contact details and vet details at the time of booking to ensure we have these on hand if ever required, to ensure your fur-baby gets the best care possible.

As soon as we met Jade for the meet and greet, we felt really at ease
with her. Jade has a really warm and happy disposition. You could tell Jade loves animals and she was great at understanding each of our two cats needs, and won them both over which isn't easy as they are both rescue cats.
Jade was very patient earning the trust of our boy who is extremely cautious. She was also very gentle and really lovely with our affectionate girl.
Jade was open to reading the many notes I left about their care,
and followed them all, which we really appreciated.
Jade kept us up to date with how they were both going, which made
being away from them a little easier. Jade also kept the cats litter and feeding area really clean. It's been great to find someone we know we can trust
to be in our home and look after our treasured two.
